Gemtex MYdens Guarantee

Gemtex provide a 10 year guarantee on the heat exchangers and burners and up to 5 years on all other parts for all Cosmogas MYdens boilers.

Only boilers supplied by Gemtex are eligible for this guarantee.

The boiler must be installed as per the manufacturer’s instructions.

The boiler will need to be registered with Gemtex within 30 days of installation to validate the Gemtex guarantee. To register the boiler, either complete and return the form that came with the boiler or fill in and submit the online form below.

Please note failure to register the boiler in time or adhere to the terms of the guarantee, will revert the boiler back to a standard 2 year guarantee.
